Did you know we are making our House-Roasted Coffee Beans? Together with Japanese coffee experts from About Life Coffee Brewer, we started various cupping sessions to define the most exquisite characteristics for our House-Roasted Coffee Beans.
4P’s House-Roasted Coffee Bean blends 2 kinds of local finest Arabica and a dash of first-class Ethiopia beans. Its flavor is quite complex, variating from fruity notes, tangy citrus to floral sweetness.
An ambition to create the unique taste from local ingredients
4P’s House-Roasted Coffee Bean blends 2 kinds of local finest Arabica from the highlands of Dalat. To elevate the unique taste of the local beans, we added a dash of premium Ethiopia beans.
The beans are blended in a special ratio which is defined through dozens of tasting session. Our aim is to create the unique taste for our coffee from the local ingredients. The coffee flavor is complex with fruity notes, citrus acidity, to floral sweetness.

Expert roasting is essential to creating our unique coffee. Thus, we collaborated with Japanese coffee experts from About Life Coffee Brewer to build roasting process and define the characteristics of our coffee beans.
They have accompanied us since the first days, from testing the beans to the roasting process. Their diverse experience and professional knowledge in this field have contributed an essential part in shaping the unique flavor of our coffee. With them, we aimed to create the most exquisite characteristics for our House-Roasted coffee.

We acquired a state of the art coffee roaster to maintain the consistency standards of our coffee. Every batch is roasted following our Roasting profile software and monitoring data. All batches are cupped to analyze the flavor and maintain quality consistency of our 4P’s House-Roasted Coffee.
