In making an effort to delivery wow, we made own fresh cheeses for our Pizza 4P's. One of our "wow" activities is Cheese Making Show.

The Show reflects a Cheese Making process. Our cheese artisans will performs step-by-step of cheese making process in front of the audience. The hand technique; the accurated temperature ... all requires them many years of experiences and practicing. Only with such strictly following the procedure, outcome product will be fresh and safe enough for your daily meals.
